What does it cost to participate in the Preferred Partner Program?

The current annual fee depends on your program level:

  • One MSA: $2,500
  • Two MSA's: $3,750
  • National or 3+ MSA's: $7,250

What geographical areas does the Preferred Partner Directory cover?

We serve Administrative Professionals across the U.S., and our directory is accessible nationally. We’re currently focused on building out our national resource offering, as well as vendors that service the following areas:

  • Boston

  • Chicago

  • Dallas Fort Worth

  • Houston

  • Silicon Valley & San Francisco Bay Area

  • Washington D.C.

We'll be onboarding new regions in the coming months.

Your level of participation depends on the scope of your services:

  • Local Partners serve a single metro area

  • Regional Partners cover two or more metro areas

  • National Partners serve clients across the U.S.

If you select more than two metro areas, flat national pricing applies for broader visibility and greater value. If your service area is more limited, you may choose only the regions you support, and your profile will appear accordingly in directory search filters.

Once you apply, we’ll follow up to confirm the best fit for your business - local, regional, or national based on your category, reach, and goals.

What’s the difference between a local, multi market, or national Preferred Partner listings?

  • Local Preferred Partner Listings serve a specific metro area. We are currently focused on building out the Preferred Partner Directory with national resources, as well as resources that have the ability to service customers in the following areas:

    Washington D.C.

    Multiple Market Preferred Partner Listings
     operate in a broader area, two or more of the metro areas listed above. 


    If you choose more than two areas, our flat national pricing automatically applies, giving you broader exposure and greater value. If your business can only support certain geographies, you’re welcome to select the specific markets that make sense and we’ll ensure your profile only appears in those Directory search filters.

  • National Preferred Partner Listings serve clients across the entire United States and are not limited geographically.

    Once you apply, we'll circle back to determine what level of participation makes the most sense for you based on your category, goals and budget.

How does my company become a Preferred Partner?

What is the application process like?

If you’ve been recommended by an Admin, you'll be asked to complete the short Preferred Partner Application so we can review your company’s information. If approved, you’ll be invited to join our Preferred Partner Resource for an annual fee, depending on which program you choose (local, regional, or national). If you’re applying independently, fill out the application and include the name of an Administrative Professional you’ve worked with to help us expedite our evaluation. We’ll review your information and follow up with our decision within 48-72 hours.

What is the Giveaway Promotion I receive as part of my participation, and what kind of giveaway should I do?

Each Preferred Partner is welcome to do one giveaway a year, which not only introduces buyers to your solutions but also enables you to collect leads for your own marketing use and future follow-up. Your giveaway will be promoted in the region(s) selected or to our national database of Admins - whichever you choose during onboarding. We recommend a giveaway valued at over $500 something that will get Administrative Professionals excited and is personally useful to them. This could be a premium gift card (Amazon, luxury retail, or a wellness experience) or a high-value product or service credit related to your offering. The key is to offer something Admins want to win and can use themselves, ensuring they’re more likely to enter and share their contact information.

Will there be opportunities for added exposure through the Preferred Partner Program in the future?

We are exploring add-on options for the future, but for now we’re focused on building the directory with the right partners. We’ll be sure to communicate additional exposure opportunities as they’re revealed—like featuring Preferred Partners in our email blasts and other promotional avenues.
